British 1914 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn at Ruddington, Nottinghamshire. Son of Gervase and Margaret Bosworth, of 5, Taylor Street, Nottingham. He enlisted at Nottingham and went to France 8th September 1914 with the 2nd Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment and was later transferred to the 15th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment and was killed in action, 9th May 1917, age 27, during the attack at Les Trois, Sauvage, France.
