Born and lived at Hull, Son of Edwin and Sarah Alice Borrill, of 50, Bright Street, Holderness Road, Hull. He enlisted at Hull and was killed in action, 26th September 1917, aged 20, in the attack at St. Julian, near Ypres, Belgium.
