Born at Carrington, Nottinghamshire. Son of Charles and Edith C. Booth, of 39, Waldeck Road, Nottingham. Enlisted at Nottingham. Recommended For D.C.M., Promoted Kings Corporal, and brought to the notice of The Secretary of State for War For Distinguished Services in connection with the war. Killed in action 26th September 1917, age 18.
