Son of John and Elizabeth Booth of Pleasley Hill, Nottinghamshire. Husband of Alice Beatrice Booth, of Chiswick, Middlesex. He enlisted at Mansfield and was killed in action, 14th April 1918. in the attack at Villers Brettoneaux, France.
