British 15 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn at Cardiff, Wales and lived at 27, The Wells Road, Nottingham. Son of Fred and Clara Blunden, of 60, The Wells Road, Nottingham. He enlisted at Nottingham and went to France 14th July 1915  and was killed in action, 14th February 1916, aged 19, whilst a prisoner of war.
