British War and Victory MedalBorn and lived at Grimsby. Son of Harry and Elizabeth Blow, of 77, Cromwell Road, Grimsby. He was a dock labourer prior to enlisting 7th January 1917 into the Army Service Corps at Grimsby. He transferred to the 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment, 24th November 1917 and died, 26th March 1918, aged 19,  of gunshot wounds at No. 10 General Hospital, Rouen, France.
