Born at Edingthorpe, Norfolk and lived at North Walsham, Norfolk. Son of Mary Anne Elizabeth Bloom, of Church Street, North Walsham, husband of Gertrude Emily Bloom, of Skeyton Road, North Walsham. He was a butcher prior to enlisting at Norwich. He died of wounds 6th November 1918.
