British 1914 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn and lived at Hartshorne, Derbyshire. Son of Josia and Hannah Blood, of Slater’s Row, Hartshorne. He was a farm labourer at Hall Fram, Hartshorne prior to enlisting at Derby. He went to France 8th September 1914 and was killed in action, 4th March 1917, whilst the Battalion was in the area of Bonnay, France.
