Born and lived at Wolverhampton. Son of William and Sarah Blackham, of 62, Shepherd Street, Wolverhampton. He was an errand boy prior to enlisting at Wolverhampton. He was killed in action, 23rd October 1917, in the operations to the south of the Houthulst Forest, Belgium.
