Battalion: 1/5th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born and lived at New Silksworth, County Durham. Son of Elizabeth Storey, of 1, Aline Street, New Silksworth. He was a coal miner prior to enlisting at Sunderland. He was killed in action, 30th September 1918,  during the attack on the St. Quentin Canal and Hindenburg Line.
