British 15 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn at Brownhills, Staffordshire and lived at Holliwell, Staffordshire. Son of James and Elizabeth Biggins. Husband of Eva Biggins. He enlisted at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and went to France 29th August 1915. He was drowned, 17th November 1915,  when the Hospital Ship Anglia struck a German mine about a mile east of Folkestone, Kent.
