Born at Waterloo, Merseyside and lived at Liverpool. Son of William Bevan, of Waterloo; Husband of Hannah Bevan, of 48, Southey Street, Bootle, Liverpool. He enlisted at Seaforth, Lancashire and died of wounds 29th October 1917, aged 30.
