Born at Dry Doddington, Grantham, Lincolnshire and lived at Fulbeck, Lincolnshire. Son of James and Sarah Bellamy, of Dry Doddington, Husband of Katherine Bellamy, of Ermine Cottage, Fulbeck, Lincoln. He enlisted at Whitley Camp, Surrey. He was killed in action, 16th September 1917, age 29, in the attack on the German line at Zillebeke, near Ypres, Belgium.
