Battalion: 9th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.
Born at Sudbrook, Lincolnshire and lived at Nettleham, Lincolnshire. Son of Robert and Sarah Bell, of Skelton House, Nettleham. He was a farm horseman prior to enlisting at Lincoln. He died 15th November 1918, aged 25, at 30 Casualty Clearing Station Cambrai, France.
