Born and lived at Wolverhampton. Son of George and Sarah Hannah Beere. of 63 Park Street, Blaken Hall, Wolverhampton.  He was a screw cutter prior to enlisting at Wolverhampton.  He died 14th August 1916, aged 28, at Sunderland. 

Buried Sunderland (Bishopwearmouth) Cemetery, United Kingdom. 2. AE. 1359.
