Lance Corporal Herbert Bee

Battalion : 10th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of Ebenezer and Elizabeth Bee, of 103 Birkin Avenue, Nottingham. He was a cardboard presser prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He went to France 26th June 1915 and was killed in action, 7th August 1916, in the attack on the German positions at Delville Wood, France during the Battle of the Somme.
