Battalion : 1/7th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born and lived in Nottingham. Son of Albert and Amelia Bee, of 9, Meredith Street, St. Anns Well Road, Nottingham. He was a printer prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He was killed in action, on 1st July 1916, aged 20, in the attack on the German positions at Gommecourt, France, on the first day of the Battle of the Somme.
