Battalion : 15th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born at Bocking, Essex. Son of Harry and Ellen Bearman, of Braintree, Essex; Husband of Clara Bearman, of 70, Boundaries Road, Balham, London. He was a drapers assistant prior to enlisting 8th December 1915 at Battersea, London. He was transferred to the 15th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment, 24th September 1917 and died, 27th February 1918, aged 32, as a result of a bomb accidentally falling off a wagon near a salvage dump.
