Born and lived at Nottingham. Son of Abraham and Emma Bayliss, of 73, Holgate Road, The Meadows, Nottingham. He was an errand boy prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He went to France 25th June 1915 and died of wounds, 22nd March 1918.
