Son of Thomas and Annie Baggley, of Albert Street, Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire. He enlisted on 11th December 1915 at Nottingham. He died of pneumonia, 20th February 1916, aged 21, at West Harton Military Hospital, South Shields, County Durham.
