Husband of Louisa Jones (formerly Arnold), of 2, Wesley Street, Bilston Road, Wolverhampton. Died of pneumonia at Wolverhampton General Hospital 14th July 1918, age 27.

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission website shows the regiment as the Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys). However, all available army records state his regiment as Yorkshire Regiment and Labour Corps.
