Battalion : 10th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born at Stoke Bardolph, Nottinghamshire. Son of James and Emma Anderson, of Flintham, Newark, Nottinghamshire, He enlisted at Nottingham and went to France on 14th July 1915. He died of wounds on 14th December 1915, aged 21.
