Battalion: 16th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of Jessie Anderson, of 2 Ogilvies Road, Dundee, Scotland. He was a tailor prior to enlisting at Dundee 5th December 1915. He transferred to the 16th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment and went to France 11th January 1917. He was killed in action, 3rd August 1917, whilst serving in the trenches near St. Julien Belgium.
