Battalion: 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of Frederick and Emma L. Wolfe, of 113, Sneinton Road, Sneinton, Nottingham. He went to France on 27th December 1914 and was killed in action, on 12th March 1915 in the German counter-attack and then the British counter-attack during the Battle of Neuve Chapelle, France.
