Son of Mrs. Annie Reece, of Main Road, Underwood, Jacksdale, Notts He lived at New Street, Underwood, Notts Was a coal miner and enlisted 9th June 1915 at Nottingham. Died 10th October 1916. Age 22.

Commemorated : Thiepval Memorial, France. Pier and Face 10C, 10D and 11A.
