Husband of Mary Elizabeth Weston, of 53, John Street, Heanor, Nottinghamshire. He went to France on 9th February 1915 and was killed in action, on 12th March 1915, aged 33, in the German counter-attack and then the British counter-attack during the Battle of Neuve Chapelle, France.
