Battalion : 10th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Lived at White Hart Inn, Gallshouse Street, Nottingham. He was a stretcher bearer and was killed 14th December 1915, by a German shell hitting the dugout he was in.
