Battalion: 2/6th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born at Ruddington, Nottinghamshire in 1888. Son of John and Elizabeth Page, of Church Street, Ruddington. Husband of Agnes Evilyn Page of 12 Loughborough Terrace, Ryland Crescent. Nottingham. He was a brick maker prior to enlisting and was killed in action on 2nd December 1917, during a German attack of the line at La Vacquerie, France.
