Born at Ranskill, Nottinghamshire and lived at Blyth, Nottinghamshire. Son of Louisa and Harry Marrison, of Mill Lane, Blythe. He was employed at a fork works prior to enlisting at Derby. He died, 10th March 1917, at No. 3 Casualty Clearing Station, Remy Siding, Belgium, from pneumonia.
