Battalion : 10th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.
Born and lived at Nottingham. Son of William Henry and Mary Howlett, of 37, Kingston Street, Sneinton, Nottingham. He was a printer prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He went to France 14th July 1915 and died of wounds, 30th September 1915, age 21.
