Son of Major General Noel H. Harris (R.A.), and of Isabella Harris, of 13, Brechin Place, South Kensington, London. He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, and was gazetted Second Lieutenant into the Sherwood Foresters in 8th August 1914. He went to France 25th October 1914. He was attached to the 2nd Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment and was killed in action, 2nd November 1914, age 19.
