Born at Arnold, Nottinghamshire. Son of Charles and Harriet Guy, of 9, St. Albans Road., Arnold, Nottinghamshire. Was a coal miner. He was killed, 30th April 1915, age 23, by an organ falling on his head, whilst he was sleeping in his billet.
