He lived at 178 Torry, Aberdeen, Scotland. Son of Willam and Mary Scot Fraser, of Toronto, Canada. Husband of Jane Robertson Fraser, of 14, Grampian Road, Torry, Aberdeen, Scotland. He was a cooper prior to enlisting 21st June 1915 at Aberdeen. He went to France 11th January 1917 and was transferred to the 17th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment. He was killed in action, 16th February 1917, aged 29, whilst serving in the line near Ypres, Belgium.
