British 15 Star, British War and Victory MedalBorn and lived at Ordsall, Retford, Nottinghamshire. Son of James and Ellen Frary, of 30, Ollerton Road, Retford. He was a rubber presser for the Northern Rubber Company prior to enlisting 8th September 1914 at Retford. He went to France 2nd March 1915 and was killed in action 12th April 1915, aged 22, by a German sniper, whilst serving in the line at Kemmel, Belgium.
