British War and Victory MedalBorn and lived at Eyam, Derbyshire. Son of John William Pursglove.  He was a farm labourer prior to enlisting 12th December 1915 at Bakewell, Derbyshire. He went to France 10th September 1916 and died of wounds, 4th March 1917, at No. 24 Field Ambulance on the Somme.
