Brother of Frank Davis. of 30 Stoneleigh Terrace, Raleigh Street, Nottingham. He was an errand lad prior to enlisting at Nottingham. He went to France on 25th February 1915. Killed in action, 21st March 1918, whilst holding the line near Noreuil, France on the opening day of the German Spring Offensive or (Kaiserschlact)
