Son of William and Mary Ann Curzon, of White Cottages, Netherseal, Derbyshire. He was a gardener prior to enlisting on 11th December 1915 at Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire. He went to France 28th August 1916 and died, 29th January 1917, at 89 Field Ambulance from exposure and syncope (heart failure)
