Private Sidney Charles Corston

Battalion: 15th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.
Born at Cheadle, Cheshire and lived at Manton, Rutland. Son of James and Caroline Corston, of 52, Park Road, Norbiton, Kingston-On-Thames. He enlisted at Retford and went to France 17the August 1915 and was killed in action, 26th October 1917, aged 20, whilst serving at Elverdinghe near Ypres, Belgium.
