Private Frank Stanley Cook

Battalion: 2/8th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.
Born and lived at Gislingham, Eye, Suffolk. Son of Robert and Ellen Maryan Cook, of Morleys Lane, Gislingham, Eye, Suffolk. He was a farm labourer prior to enlisting at Eye. He was killed in action, 27th April 1917, aged 24, in the attack at Hargicourt, France.
