Private Bernard Clark

Battalion : 10th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.
Son of Henry and Harriette Clark, of 2, Branch Road, Park Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire. He was a tailor for the Balloon party (Kite Balloon Section) in the British Army, prior to enlisting at Farnborough on 8th February 1916. He went to France on 1st January 1917 and was transferred to the 10th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment, 24th Sep[tember 1917. He was killed in action, 12th October 1917, aged 29, in the attack near Hazebrouck, Belgium.
