Son of Henry Heber Clark and Alice Clark, of 92, Creek Road, March, Cambridgeshire. He was a shop assistant prior to enlisting on 9th December 1915 at Nottingham. He went to France on 11th July 1916 and was killed in action, on 31st January 1917, aged 23, whilst serving in the line near Foncquevillers, France.
