Private Henry Cholerton

Battalion : 10th Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Born and lived at Derby. Son of Thomas Cholerton. He enlisted at Chesterfield and went to France on 14th July 1915. He was killed in action, 15th February 1916, whilst serving in the trenches to the southeast of Ypres, north of the canal.

Commemorated : Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium. Panel 39 and 41.
