Battalion : 1st Battalion Sherwood Foresters (Notts & Derbys) Regiment.

Son of Thomas and Maria Calladine of 90, Woolmer Road, Nottingham; Husband of Millicent Calladine, of 21, Bruce Grove, Meadows, Nottingham. He was a coal miner prior to enlisting 8th December 1915 at Nottingham. He went to France 2nd April 1918 and suffered shrapnel wounds to his head 24th April 1918. He was killed in action, 27th May 1918, age 29, whilst serving in the line near Bouleuse, France.
