Born at Normanton, Derbyshire and lived at 50 Havelock Road, Derby. Son of Bickley and Elizabeth Calladine, of, 94 Graham Street, Derby. He was a Grocers Assistant prior to enlisting at Derby and went to Gallipoli 1st July 1915. He died of wounds 27th September 1916, aged 20.
